Love is.... Always keeping your promises, Never telling lies. Always meaning what you say And saying exactly what you mean. Love is.... Being so real with that special someone, That sometimes your heart will bleed. Being with them because that's what you want, Not because it's what you need. Love is.... Knowing in your heart that you'd give up almost anything if you knew his love was true. Wanting to believe in his every word, even when you see little reason too. Love is.... Saying I'm sorry, when you've done wrong And meaning it by not repeating the same mistake twice. Not using the one who loves you with a whisper and a song. Growing old together, cause it doesn't take us long. Love is.... A once in a life time mold, Once it's been broken, your stories been told. Opening up your heart, speaking only words of truth, Protecting that love ... with all you have to give, As long as you both shall live. Love is.... Something we only know once in a lifetime, this I truely believe. So hold it close, treat it with care, Believe with your heart and you're half the way there. Life's too short to be unkind, So be honest with the one you hold close within your heart. Cherish every minute, even when you're apart, Life's too short from the start. Love is....
